CP2025n Printer Toners Is Definitely A Wonderful Buy

It does not take up a huge amount of room. It comes in at just 15.9 inches wide. This is a bonus and quite good for a laser printer. They are, after all, thought to be one of the biggest companies around these days. For small or medium sized businesses, or even for your own study at home, this is a good buy. Based on other factors, it might not be as productive for a larger office churning out thousands of pages a day.

For the $500 price range, this is quite a good little laser printer. Like the other models in the range, the HP Color LaserJet CP2025n printer comes installed with 128 MB of memory. This can be extended to 384 MB. Your printer memory is what determines whether your documents will print to your satisfaction or not. If you have huge publications and displays to print then it serves you well to get as much memory as you can or to extend it to its maximum capacity.

It operates with both Windows and Mac platforms. It has support for Win XP onwards and Mac OS, as well as Linux. There are no serial or parallel ports, which would be needed if you have an ancient model of computer, but it does have both USB 1.0 and 2.0.

Printing quality is impressive. This type of printer can disappoint sometimes with low color renditions and poor resolution, but the HP Color LaserJet CP2025n printer is one of the leaders in its field. With a top speed of 21 ppm, tests show that natural printing can achieve at least 17 ppm , which is quite a good speed it must be said. If you have a graphics heavy job, then 4 ppm for this is also a good speed.

Printing quality is also good. The blacks were crisp and text sharp. Images were also good with natural looking skin tones and real world colors. Black and white images did not print so well. Grayscale rendition was the only thing which let this printer down. Finer detail became blurred and in some cases, lost altogether.

For paper input, manual input and automatic input are both available vie a 250 sheet input tray. This can hold different paper sizes. The output tray can hold 150 pages. The paper trays are OK, but a bit clunky and cheap. They can be a bit wobbly and over time, may warp with use.

This HP is a good printer, providing excellent value for money and good printing quality. When CP2025n cartridge run out, obtaining quality HP Color LaserJet toner can be obtained quite cheaply too, which means that a page can be printed for around 4 cents per sheet when ordering replacement toner online. This printer is to be recommended taking into account the caveats mentioned.
